King's Arms Hotel on the east side of Fore Street in Salcombe. 18th century altered, 3 storey stucco 2 sash windows, at 2nd floor, with exposed frames, including 1 with glazing bars. 2 sash windows at 1st floor, with exposed frames, 1 with glazing bars remaining. 2 ground floor sash windows, central entrance altered, hanging sign at 1st floor. In important position.
