Full description

Department of Environment, 1974, Salcombe, 12 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV155971.

Nos 29 - 31, including No 30A, on the east side of Fore Street. Probably 18th century altered, 2 storey with extra storey below, east, narrow coursed stone including flat arches to entrances and to flush frame sash windows with glazing bars (No 31 colourwashed). Pantile roof, hipped weatherboarded east fronts with some flush frame sash windows with glazing bars remaining. Nos 30 and 31, 6-panel doors with sunk upper panels and fanlights. Nos 24 to 31 (consecutive) form a group.
