Full description

Department of Environment, 1974, Salcombe, 6 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV155971.

Cliff Cottage, 48 Cliff Road (west side). Early 19th century altered, two storey, stone ground floor with two arched windows, and arched entrance right. Sash windows now without glazing bars. Added attic at 1st floor, with gabled sash dormer window. Slate roof. Front walls of garden, right, stone with round rendered cope 8 and 5 feet high.
End House, Alpha House, Ferry View and Nos 46 to 48 (consec) form a group.
