Full description
Department of Environment, 1974, Salcombe, 5 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV155971.
Ferry View, Cliff Road (west side). Probably 17th or early 18th century, altered, three storey, two second floor casement windows, wide altered multi-light casement at first floor with canted end lights. Rendered and painted. Entrance left and three casements with glazing bars at ground floor.
Interior: stone fireplace, low ceilings.
End House, Alpha House, Ferry View and Nos 46-48 form a group.
