Buck, C., 2005, Wheal Russell Mine, Devon: Archaeological Assessment, 47 (Report - Assessment). SDV336659.
A field survey in 2005 found evidence of streamwork at the head of the valley to the north of the Tavistock Canal south tunnel portal (see PRN 3882). The area shows signs of post medieval stream work with little evidence of 19th century mine exploration.
