Full description

Smith, J. R., 2006, Bere Alston to Tavistock Railway: Archaeological Assessment, 19 (Report - Assessment). SDV336796.

Bridge 680 (Site 7) a large single skew-arch bridge carries the road across the railway. Built of rusticated ashlar masonry with a belt course & granite & brick detail to the voussoirs & parapet. Other details: Figs 9,38.

The bridge is named 'Rumleigh Road Bridge' in the report by Smith but it is shown as 'Tuckermarsh Bridge' on the Ordnance Survey maps from 1904 onwards.
