Full description

Smith, J. R., 2006, Bere Alston to Tavistock Railway: Archaeological Assessment, 19-20 (Report - Assessment). SDV336796.

Bridge 678 (Site 11) a brick-built skew-arch bridge carrying the road over the railway. It has stone detail to the abutments & blue engineering-brick coping to the parapet. The bridge was in good condition in 2006. Other details: Figs 11 & 38.

This bridge is named 'Harewood Bridge' in the report by Smith but is shown as 'Rumleigh Bridge' on the Ordnance Survey maps from 1904 onwards.
