Full description

Long narrow rectangular building shown on 19th century map along the north side of the wall recess.

Kitchen garden walls at Brinshill to the north, west and north west. Kitchen garden walls to the former kitchen garden to Mamhead House (q.v. Dawlish College). Early/mid 19th century. Brick. Tall brick garden walls, the wall immediately north of Brinshill ramped up in steps: stone urns suvive on the wall to the west and the wall immediately north of Brinshill. The kitchen garden originally contained glass-houses and a heated orchid house. Group value with Brinshill, the Palm House and walls to the terrace to the south. Other details: LBS No 85966.
