Former granary immediately to south of East Titchberry Farmhouse. Outbuilding, formerly probably granary. 18th century. Mainly cob walls with some rubble. Half-hipped thatch roof, gabled slate roof to addition. Small rectangular plan, probably granary on 1st floor with external access and store below. Smaller probably 19th century addition at left end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Front wall has central 1st floor doorway reached by stone steps. Ground floor doorway in right-hand end wall with small shuttered opening above. Lower addition at left-hand end.
Interior: not inspected. Date listed: 19th June 1989.
