Full description

Exeter Archaeology, 2006, Archaeological assessment of Barton Farm, Monkleigh, North Devon, 8 (Report - Assessment). SDV337524.

A small square farm building (Building 12) to the north of Barton Farm house known as The Granary. Two storey building of stone rubble with brick dressing to the windows & a slate roof. The building was not shown on the 19th century maps when the house extended to this location but it seems to be present on the 1904 map. Other details: Figs 5-6 & Plate 10.
