Two storey shippon, largely of stone and cob construction, at eastern end of range of three buildings. Three animal stalls on the ground floor with a hayloft above. A roofline in the east gable wall of the adjoining livestock shed together with a break in the north wall of the present building suggests it has undergone considerable change. It is suggested that the earliest structure was a smaller single storey building which was later extended eastwards. The east gable end wall extends without apparent break to its present height suggesting that the next phase of construction comprised a two storey building with a pitched roof. This may have been open fronted or timber clad. Subsequently the two buildings were united by a new hayloft under a single roof. See report for full details.
