Rectangular building adjoining and aligned with Exhibition Road shown on early 20th century map. A 1947 aerial photograph shows what appears to be a pavilion adjoining the road. A building shown on the 1965 map is marked 'Pavilion' on the same site but with a different alignment to the 1905 building.
