Hegarty, C. + Knight, S., 2011 - 2012, North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV349018.

A mound is visible as an earthwork, roughly 23 metres in diameter, on aerial photographs taken between 1947 and 2000. It is adjacent to the hedgebank and likely to be the Bronze Age barrow recorded by Grinsell in 1968. It is one of several in this vicinity, not all of which are visible on the available aerial photographs. It is very likely that an earthwork survives in this location, although both above and below ground remains are highly vulnerable to destruction from continued agricultural activity.
