Full description

Wessex Archaeology, 2007, Historic Environment Audit of Devon County Farms. Pilot Project. Results of Great Southdown Farm, Burlescombe, 4, 9, pl. 6-7 (Report - Assessment). SDV338344.

Stone and brick building shown at north east corner of the square plan complex on 1841 Tithe Map. Wooden stalls, mangers and cobbled floor. Roof recently repaired and recovered in slate. The brick may be a cob replacement. Other details: No 1053.
