Nunford Bridge is marked on the 1889 first edition Ordnance Survey map. According to the farmer it was washed away in a flood and replaced by another to the north. It is possible, however, that at least one of the earlier bridge abutments survives. A concrete block visible in the east bank of the river is thought to be connected with the Taunton Stop Line defences. Other details: No 1024-1025.
