Site of Delaware Cottage shown on 19th century map as an irregular shaped building with an L-shaped & a rectangular building to the north.

Delaware Cottage was constructed from the deck-houses of HMS Delaware that was broken up in 1881. The building was demolished when the slip associated with the shipyard to the north was constructed. Other details: Site 15.
