Pixon Cottage, formerly a tollhouse stands at the junction of Old and New Launceston roads. It is an early 19th century octagonal slate hung two storey building with an octagonal hipped roof and a central chimney. DOE 1950 12 + Devon Tollhouses 1976 24 (Kenfsky, J.)

Pixon Cottage. Early 19th century. A former toll-house. Two-storey octagonal slate hung cottage with octagonal hipped roof with central chimney and one-storey portion built on to south-east. Wooden casements. Porch with segmental hood.
