Small barn recorded by Exeter Archaeology prior to demolition. Situated at northern end of field and surrounded by a small group of 20th century corrugated metal and wooden sheds. Single storey building of rubble stone with machined red brick dressings around doorways and on front elevation corners. Steep forward sloping monopitch roof of galvanised sheeting, probably a replacement as evidence survives inside for a former loft floor. Probably of later 19th century date. A building is shown on this site on the 1888 Ordnance Survey map. See report for full details. Other details: Figure 2, plates 1-2.
