Close to the church is Churchstyle Farm with a particularly fine farmhouse, dated 1602, in a setting that has never been compromised. Unusually, it is partly timber framed. Other details: Maps.

A watching brief was undertaken during the construction of a swimming pool to the west of the farm house in 2007. No features or deposits of archaeological significance were exposed. A prehistoric waste flint flake was recovered from the top soil. Other details: OASIS No 34261.

Plank door to cross passage off centre right, with late 19th century porch with shaped bargeboards. Brick chimney stacks at gable ends.
