Marked as 'Spring' on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.


Department of Environment, 1985, Marystow (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV339868.

Wellhouse about 40m south east of West Raddon. Late C18/early C19. Stone rubble and slate. Rectangular on plan with stone rubble walls and a sloping roof of 2 large slates. Rectangular timber doorway.
Interior. A large timber beam is slotted into the side walls.
