County Stone in Ottery St Mary, at the south end of Victoria's Terrace, approximately 80 metres north of St Saviour's Bridge, against a wall. The stone is in fair condition, leaning back slightly, and close to the edge of the road. It is inscribed with a 'C'.
County Stones are found at about 80 metres either side of County Bridges, and were placed in c1840 to mark the boundary of responsibility for repairs of County builders. Other details: Surveyed 21/11/2005.
