Full description
Department of Environment, 1960, Weare Giffard (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV323265.
Granary approx 5m E of Great Huxhill Farmhouse (formerly listed as Granary at Great Huxhill). Granary. Late C17/early C18. Render over light timber frame with stone infill; pyramidal slate roof. Granary is raised on brick and stone piers, with steps to plank door. An early Devon example of this type of granary. Other details: LBS 91523.
