East Sherford farmhouse shown on 19th century map as a large squarish building on the west side of the track through the farmstead.

East Sherford farmhouse of the late 18th or early 19th century may have original internal features such as a bread oven and open fireplace. The house is of two storeys of coursed rubble under modern concrete pantiles with a short double pile range to the rear. The principal elevation faces south with three bays. The central doorway has a modern porch and the two chimneys show evidence of alteration. Other details: Site B2.
