Full description

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch map, Site B3 (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Early 19th century threshing barn at Butlas farm with an attached horse engine house to the east. The two storey building oriented north to south is of coursed rubble under a half hipped slate roof. A pair of large doors in the southern elevations show evidence of alteration. A pair of doors and windows for animal pens have been inserted into the west elevation.
