Full description

Royal Air Force, 1950, RAF/541/540, 3140-1 (Aerial Photograph). SDV285230.

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1953, SX77NW10 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV345700.

Constructed on steep rock and scree scattered on the western slope. The hut circle is inset on its eastern side into the slope and the hut floor is horizontal. The western bank of the hut circle has been cut into by the steep sided bank of the bridle road. Conversely the bank to the north west has been widened by refuse from excavations outside. Site covered by fern recently.
