Summary

Two storey brick building on west side of yard at Venmore Farm. Ground floor much altered with openings through east and west sides to allow vehicular access to the farmyard. Built in 19th century as part of planned farm.

Two storeyed brick built building with slate room (Barn 4) forming part of west side of yard. Integral to and under same roof as building on north west side (Barn 8). Built as a shippon, the ground floor has been much altered. Large, later, openings in east and west sides allow vehicular access to the farmyard. Loft on first floor. Weathervane on south gable. Built as part of planned farm in mid 19th century. Other details: Plate 6.
