Full description

Exeter Archaeology, 2005, Archaeological Assessment (Revised) of proposed Wind Farm at Fullabrook, North Devon, 9 (Report - Assessment). SDV340799.

A pond, now silted up, within North Meadow (Marwood Tithe Aportionment No.397) was located at the head of a channel serving Higher Metcombe Farm, above Stream Lane. Below the farm complex it served to power Metcombe Mill and irrigate a small catchwork system. Other details: Site 43.
