On the green near the lych gate, in front of the church house. Type B or C. A massive octagonal pedestal of two stag. (masson phillips).

Remains of a stone village cross at Widecombe. The upper stage contains earth from which grows a yew tree of quite considerable venerability.

Base of former village cross about 10 metres south of Church House, now with a yew tree growing out of it. Medieval. Granite ashlar. Stepped octagonal base about a metre high. Projecting, chamfered plinth, the top of each of the two steps projecting slightly and chamfered.
