'Leat' shown.


Exeter Archaeology, 2005, Archaeological Assessment (Revised) of proposed Wind Farm at Fullabrook, North Devon, 11 (Report - Assessment). SDV340799.

Leat deriving from a sluice and weir on the Knowlwater, apparently serving only Knowlwater Farm. It was not present on an estate map of 1856. The 1946 aerial photograph shows its course marked by a line of small trees, no longer present. Late 19th century. Other details: Site 74.
