Full description

Exeter Archaeology, 2005, Archaeological Assessment (Revised) of proposed Wind Farm at Fullabrook, North Devon, 15 (Report - Assessment). SDV340799.

The lane that leads south west from Burland Cross is depicted on the Ordnance Survey 6 inch map of 1890, although only the southern half is shown on the 2 inch surveyors' drawing of 1804-5. Most of the lane follows the parish boundary between Marwood and Braunton, and could be of early date, or may date to the 19th century enclosures of this area. Other details: Site 159.
