Full description
Blackwell, R., 2008, Manor Farm, Holcombe, Devon, 10,17, 22 (Report - Assessment). SDV341110.
Court Farm and Manor Farm are depicted as a single building labelled 'Court Farm' on the 19th century Ordnance Survey map. They were 2 separate dwellings by the mid 20th century, the southern half of the building becoming Manor Farmhouse. The building is 2 storeys high with rendered walls and a Welsh slate roof, and there have been later 19th century extensions to the rear. Other details: Figures 2, 3, 7..
