18th century roughcast cottage. Steeply pitched corrugated iron roof with heavy modillion eaves cornice. Two storeys. Three bays. 19th century sash windows in moulded casing. Central plain doorway with glazed and panelled door. Roughcast chimney stack at gable
end.
