The Laurels and Tanners Cottage, Lyme Road. 18th century stone rubble house with adjoining cottage. Long range at right angles to road. End to road rendered. Slate roof one end gabled, the other end hipped. Two storeys. Eight window range. The Laurels has sashes with glazing bars in moulded architraves and 19th/20th century two storey splayed bay. Tanners Cottage has two window range of two-light casements with leaded panes. The Laurels has pilastered doorcase with entablature and Tanners Cottage a wood trellis porch. End to road a two storey splayed bay of sashes with glazing bars. Brick ridge chimney stacks. Date listed: 11th August 1950.
