Full description
Copeland, G. W., 1961, Damage Barton, Mortehoe, 20 (Article in Serial). SDV341323.
Former detached kitchen in a relatively long separate wing, of two floors, with evidence that it has later been used as a pound house. At one end is a wide open rectangular fireplace and oven.

Outbuilding. 17th century. Rubble slate; Welsh slate roof. Heated by large end stack; multiple uses including boiler house and cider press, perhaps originally a detached kitchen. Pigeon holes below eaves.
