Full description
Department of Environment, 1985, Braunton, 50 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV73918.
One of a range of farmbuildings, probably 18th century, forming courtyard group to Town Farm which completes the 4-sided plan. Linhay on south side much altered with renewed tallet floor. Fronts faced in and roofs covered in wrought iron. The group, with Town Farmhouse, is an excellent example of a centrally-placed village farmstead in relation to Braunton's historic cellular town plan and surviving Great Field. Other details: 12/99.
