48 Clovelly (Cobweb Cottage) and steps.
Cottage. Nineteenth century, repaired early 20th century by Christine Hamlyn. Rubble, white-washed, slate roof, gable ends.
Plan: attached to the left end of the Red Lion Inn. One principal reception room.
Exterior: 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows, Nineteenth- or early 20th century, 2-light casements of 12 panes. Door opening to left, 19th- or early 20th century plank door, lean-to slated pent hood. Basement entrance through a cambered head opening, plank door. Front door
reached by a flight of stone steps.
