Cottage, set in a back alley. Probably late 18th century, early 20th century repair. Rendered and colourwashed, hipped slate roof, brick stack.
Plan: irregular plan with main range running north - south and 2 east-west wings at the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 3 bays, predominantly 2-light casements with glazing bars, horizontal glazing bars, two 2-light casements with leaded lights on the first floor. Door opening in a slated lean-to to left, half-glazed early 20th century door:
