72.
Cottage. Much rebuilt, probably early 20th century by Christine Hamlyn. Rendered and whitewashed, hipped slate roof; 2 stacks with brick shafts, one to rear of left and one to right end.
Plan : single room depth, central hall with flanking rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 2:1 windows, 2-light casements with close set glazing bars and 12-pane sash windows, 2 small dormer windows to the roof. Door opening virtually to the centre with flanking small 4-pane casements, half-glazed door, gabled slated hood on consoles. Secondary door openings on the left return, small sash windows with close-set glazing bars.
