Cottage. Circa early 20th century for Christine Hamlyn. Rendered and colourwashed; gable-ended slate roof; end brick stacks.
Plan; symmetrical front. Central entrance stair hall, flanking rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 3 windows, casements with glazing bars, of 1,2 and 3-lights, small panes. Central door opening, half-glazed door. Large later gabled rubble porch with a slate roof.
Interior: not inspected. Other details: LBS number 91148.
