101 and 102.
Pair of attached houses. Circa 1910, designed by Orphoot and Whiting of Bideford for Christine Hamlyn. Rendered and whitewashed, steeply pitched gabled slate roofs, large end brick stacks on projecting rendered and whitewashed breasts.
Plan and development: Tudor style. Central paired door openings, with one principal front room to each on each side.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic, Symmetrical 2 windows width; attics in 2 very large front-facing weatherboarded gables, 2 windows to left with 3-light mullioned and transomed casements with diamond-paned leaded lights, to right a 2-storeyed shallow semi-circular bay window, 6-lights on each floor, diamond-paned leaded lights. 2 door openings to the centre, half-glazed doors, pent-canopy over doors on 3 wooden
brackets. All windows and doors are original of 1910.
