Cottage. Rendered and whitewashed, probably on rubble core, emphasised alternating quoins, slate roof to gable ends, short brick ridge stack to the left.
Plan : central entrance hall with flanking rooms
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 2-window front, 12-pane 2-light casements. Central 19th century door opening with a plank door.
