Cottage at Wrinkleberry - to the west of the village school.
Eighteenth century. Rendered and whitewashed; thatched roof, hipped to left, half-hipped to right with a brick stack at the apex.
Plan: 2 rooms flanking a central entrance hall with a wide straight-flight staircase. Room to left unheated. Room to right with a gable-end fireplace,probably the kitchen.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 2 symmetrical bays, 2-light 19th century casements with small panes to left, large 3-light early 20th century casements to right with horizontal glazing bars. Door opening in the centre, half-glazed 20th century door, shallow lean-to porch.
Interior: right ground floor room with a chamfered axial ceiling beam; fireplace with a cambered wood lintel, oven with a cast-iron door. Other details: LBS number 91181.
