Field called 'Castle Hill' and 'Lower Castle Hill' on 1837 Tithe Apportionment and 1838 Tithe Map (plot Nos 207, 213) at SS40132567 and SS40002572. Several boundaries since removed. Name suggests earthwork. Other details: 2436.
