Full description

No evidence of an enclosure of later prehistoric date was visible.

Enclosure, sub-square, 75 metres by 75 metres, cut by hedge in the past. Aerial photo shows evidence that the feature may not be enclosure as such, but a series of relic field boundaries left from medieval strip field systems. Included in the typology of hillslope enclosures of the Blackdown Hills.

No evidence of an enclosure of later prehistoric date was visible. Several removed field boundaries were visible as earthworks, some removed since 1947.
