Two structures on 1840 Tithe Apportionment and 1840 Tithe Map (plot Nos 1449-50, described as house and garden of John Prance) to north west of warehouse. John Prance identified as a fisherman in 1851 Census. Two buildings on Ordnance Survey 1886 map. Some walls still present on Oudnance Survey 1905 map. Other details: 2389.
