Part of group of outbuildings and cobbled courtyard east of Westcott Barton. Low 18th century stone outbuilding to north with loft over with access by external stone steps. Gable-ended slate roof. Doorway with 6-paned casement to right and 4-paned casement over. Adjoining to right is a taller stone and slate outbuilding formerly 2 storeys but with floor removed. 'Stable' door with timber lintel; blocked opening on west side and loft door on east side both at first floor level. See listed building description for full details of group.
