Full description

Department of Environment, 1989, Sutcombe, 39 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV338571.

Chest tomb approximately 4 metres south of south aisle of St. Andrew parish church in Sutcombe. Dated 1733 to William Walter. Rubble chest with slate lid and slate plaque set into each long side. Border inscription with epitaph at centre. Other details: LBS number 91610.
