Newcross House marked on the 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map on the north-west side of New Cross.


Exeter Archaeology, 2007, Archaeological Assessment of Newcross and Broadway Mineral Sites, Kingsteignton, Devon (Report - Assessment). SDV342756.

Newcross House and other outbuildings are shown on 1889 Ordnance Survey map at the western side of Newcross roundabout. It was extant until at least 1969 and a strip of verge here is one of the few relatively undisturbed areas of ground on the western side of Exeter Road.
