Leat shown on 19th century map running south from a 'Weir' on the River Bray to a rectangular enclosure on the eastern bank of the river.

Leat shown on 19th century map running south from a 'Weir' on the River Bray via a 'Sluice' at SS69073593 to another 'Sluice' at SS69053575 at the northeast corner of a rectangular enclosure on the east bank of the river.

A probable Post Medieval leat or water channel is visible on aerial photographs as an earthwork west of South Lydcott Wood, Brayford. A sluicegate is depicted as part of the leat on the 2nd edition Ordnance Survey map. The precise function of the leat remains uncertain. Other details: Monument Number 1488918.
