Full description

The earthwork remains of a Medieval or Post Medieval field boundary are visible on aerial photographs north of Botany Bay Plantation, Brayford. The boundary is not depicted on the first edition Ordnance Survey map, suggesting it was abandoned prior to publication in 1889. The curvilinear form of the boundary suggests a Medieval or early Post Medieval date. Other details: Monument Number 1488928.
